Residents faced with 'frozen lake' of raw sewage
RESIDENTS in Norton were faced with a 'frozen lake' of raw sewage in the gardens this morning following the severe flooding. Rising water levels resulted in drains becoming overwhelmed with water including human waste, condoms, toilet paper and sanitary products.
