Article content Edmontonians are being asked to keep an eye out for some of the city’s most vulnerable people who may be struggling as the province begins what is expected to be a historic heat wave. Almost all of Alberta was under an extreme heat warning Saturday. Environment Canada is warning of a “prolonged, dangerous, and potentially historic heat wave” over the weekend and into next week.
