When COVID-19 slowed down his fundraising company, Raising the Steaks, Tony Resch decided to pursue his life dream: bake, cook and create unique recipes. Last summer, one thought kept running through his head: "We only get one chance to live this life, and I can’t wait any longer."  Resch said he knew it was time for him to open a food truck.
