Target Recalls More Than 200,000 Infant Rompers Target is recalling more than 200,000 infant rompers. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Target is recalling "about 299,000" Cloud Island infant rompers. Officials said "the snaps can break or detach from the rompers, posing a choking, laceration and pinching hazards to children." Officials said  "the rompers were sold in sizes newborn to 12M ."
