Both Mason and Milford were alerted to a possible fire around the same time, 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, according to Mason Fire Chief Flip Phalon. Mitchell Hill is eying a Thursday start date for outdoor dining, following city staff’s installation of concrete barriers along North Main Street on Monday. Fallen Leaf and Revolution anticipate starting their outdoor dining this weekend. Marchionni said last week that Revolution was planning to start Wednesday, but the restaurant has been temporarily closed out of precaution since March 27 because two employees have tested positive for COVID-19.
