The Status of United Nations Reform
The bulk of the U.N. membership does not care about U.N. reform,effectiveness, accountability, or oversight. Instead, these member states are focused on increasing the scope of the organization'spower as a means for amplifying their own influence and prioritiesand using the organization as a lever to extract increasedinternational aid and transfers.
