Two new home improvement fraud cases in court; Elderly victims lived in Pownal and Bennington
Two different individuals were arraigned in Bennington Monday morning on two separate felony cases of home improvement fraud against elderly victims in both Pownal and Bennington, including a 101-year-old widower.
