Hurricane season begins anew today, and the forecasts aren’t comforting.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts up to 20 named storms will develop through Nov. 30.
Complicating the dreary outlook is that coastal Alabama remains unable to move on from last year’s one-two punch of Hurricanes Sally and Zeta.
