New Creek II, LLC, an affiliate of New York-based Kimco Realty, is proposing an $82-million mixed use development at the site of its plaza at 208 Waverly St. in Framingham.
The property, which includes a Dollar Generalk, AutoZone and Seabra Foods (a Brazilian grocery store), was built in 1968 and sits on about 3.5 acres.
The 176-unit apartment complex would be at 358 Waverly St. and to the corner of South Street near downtown Framingham.
