Two men — a youth pastor and a registered foster parent — were arrested and charged with human trafficking, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after they say a youth pastor and a foster parent were caught soliciting minors for sex on social media. 

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) said that they launched an investigation on Feb. 9 after a mother found "disturbing content" on her 16-year-old child's phone.
