State police seeking help locating missing Monroe teen MONROE TOWNSHIP -- The Michigan State Police is investigating a missing person's incident involving a Monroe teenager. Schyler Rayne Baker, 17, was last seen on June 28 by family members at his residence and last communicated with his family on June 29 via text. Around noon the next day, troopers were informed of the situation. Schyler has long, black hair, brown eyes, is about 6 feet tall and weighs 135 pounds. Raisin Township deaths were murder-suicide of 'longtime friends,' police say

View Comments The deaths of two people last week in Lenawee County were a murder-suicide, Michigan State Police said Tuesday. Police were alerted about gunfire around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday on the 2000 block of Laberdee Road in Raisin Township and found the pair dead from gunshot wounds. The men have been identified as Joseph I. Niblack, 24, of Florida and Michael C. Madero, 25, a township resident, state police said.
