GOSHEN, Ohio (WKRC) - Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is going after a Clermont County dairy farmer for allegedly allowing manure to get into a stream and killing hundreds of fish. Yost filed a temporary restraining order Tuesday against Charles Carney whose farm is near the Moores Fork stream.
