A CHESTER family who set up an appeal to fund a new home for their disabled son have been overwhelmed with the response. Twins Morgan and James Pomeroy, 16, are survivors of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, a rare condition that can happen in pregnancies of identical twins. Twins James and Morgan Pomeroy.
