In 2013, kevin massey was sentenced to three years of probation and a fiveyear suspended sentence. He pleaded guilty to theft after prosecutors lowered the charge. Plus, he was ordered to pay almomo 20,000 in restitution to thehechool district and three pawn shops. Investigators say he stole more than 50,000 in instruments to cover gambling debts.
