In response to winter weather and icy conditions through much of the state, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission have implemented restrictions on trucks and other vehicles on certain roadways around the state. The restrictions will begin at noon Saturday and remain in place until conditions warrant their removal.
