Heard at Salisbury Magistrates' this month: STEPHEN THOMAS-SHERGOLD, aged 34, of Lower Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs. The incident took place along Wilton Road in Salisbury on December 31, 2019, when Thomas-Shergold had BZE in his blood - the main metabolite of cocaine. He indicated a plea of guilty to possessing cannabis and cannabis resin. He was fined a total of £300 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85.
