A 51-year-old hiker from Montreal was rescued Friday night after she fell and slid 25 feet while descending a steep and icy section of the Falling Waters Trail in Lincoln.

The search is continuing Tuesday in Franconia Notch for a missing hiker from Massachusetts.
Emily Sotelo, of Westford, was dropped off Sunday morning at Lafayette Place Campground in Franconia. She intended to hike Mount Lafayette, Mount Haystack and Mount Flume.
