DHS Extends I 9 Verification Flexibilities and Looks Ahead
Because of the COVID pandemic, more employers have adopted remote work arrangements. DHS is exploring alternatives that would include making permanent as of August 1, 2023 some of the current flexibilities to examine employees’ identity and employment authorization documents.
