E Verify Now Required For Many Florida Employers
Effective 1 July 2023, private employers in Florida will now be required to use E-Verify to confirm employee eligibility to work in United States. If employer fails to use E-Verify system three times in two-year period they are subject to mandatory $1,000 fine for each day.
