Nigerian Police Commence Orderly Room Trial Of Officers Who Brutalised Imo University Students
The Imo State Police Command of the Nigeria Police Force has commenced the orderly room trial of the six policemen who were caught on video brutalising and assaulting some students of the Imo State University (IMSU) for allegedly refusing to submit their mobile phones to the officers to be searched. SaharaReporters had reported that some police officers in Owerri, Imo State capital physically assaulted and brutalised some students of the IMSU in their compound for allegedly refusing to submit their mobile phones to the officers to be searched.
