A coroner has slammed the Jessop Wing maternity unit in Sheffield for its failings in care which she said led to the death of a newborn baby.
Siobhan Weir, pictured, was expecting twin boys when she was rushed to Sheffield Teaching Hospital in June 2021 suffering from maternal pancreatitis.
