Return of Turkish construction companies to resume their stalled Libyan projects and to assume new projects discussed in Ankara
London, 13 April 2021: Libya is discussing with Turkey the setting up of a mechanism for the return of Turkish companies to resume some important contracted, but stalled, projects, restore contractual balance on these contracts, and conclude new agreements for other important projects, including the completion of the Third Ring Road.
