Murmil Education Center, a facility in the El Dorado School District that provides alternative learning services for K-12 students throughout the district, recently celebrated a statewide award for a student, Keaton Nixon, along with a mini grant given to the program as a whole.
The El Dorado School District is pleased to announce that it has achieved notable recognition for its outstanding contributions to alternative education. Keaton Nixon, a student at Murmil Education Center, was honored with the Diamond Award at the Alternative Education Leadership Day at the state capitol on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
