Think its a total loss and after quick action of members of the Wildwood Crest community this would be a loss of life as well. The complete front of the apartment was engulfed in flames. That is Corporal Neil webb, they were the first on the scene and people were trapped inside and they had to split up. There was an elderly lady trapped and as i went upstairs the door was locked and i was able to kick the door in and the room was full of smoke. But he got her and her door out safely and webb got a couple and their daughter out. And a man and two children a boy and girl were trapped on this bal...
