Place North West | C&C director makes Muse move
Dan Whelan Max Bentham has joined Muse Developments’ North West office as senior development surveyor after a six-and-a-half-year stint with Manchester-based developer Capital & Centric. He will initially focus on the company’s Salford projects. Muse is bringing forward several projects in the city, including the regeneration of Salford Crescent and the New Bailey mixed-use scheme, both of which the firm is delivering as part of the English Cities Fund joint venture with Homes England and Legal & General.
