WORCESTER — Police responding to a reported stabbing Friday found a bloody knife next to the body of a 71-year-old woman who was attacked by her son, court documents show. Dal Khan Mung, 29, of 27 Halmstad St., Apt. 1H, is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), causing serious bodily injuries. Mung was due to be arraigned Monday in Central District Court, but the proceeding was delayed. Mung is apparently hospitalized; details of his injuries were not immediately available.
