Santa Rosa Woman Sentenced For Deadly Hit And Run
January 18, 2021 Ingram Publishing/Thinkstock A Santa Rosa woman will serve time behind bars for driving away after a fatal crash. Nancy Serrano was sentenced over the weekend to three years in state prison for the accident that killed a bicyclist in Sonoma on June 5th of last year. Her car hit a man riding a bike on Highway 12 near Madrone Road, and she drove away. Serrano later contacted police and confessed that she was the driver of the car that killed the victim.
