Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is supporting Time to Talk, by sharing wellbeing tips and virtual bunting for online get-togethers.
The initiative – which culminates next Thursday (February 4) with Time to Talk Day – encourages people to speak openly about issues such as stress, anxiety, feeling low or difficulty sleeping.
