NH morgue struggles to keep up with autopsies amid drug overdoses
It has been nearly a decade since the opioid epidemic erupted in New Hampshire. At its peak, more than 450 Granite Staters died from drug overdoses in one year, and the volume of deaths forced the state to curtail autopsies.
