市人大常委会会议闭幕表决通过北京市禁毒条例李伟讲话-千龙网·中国首都网

上午的全体会议，对市政府以迎冬奥为契机推进群众体育健身活动情况开展专题询问，副市长张建东到会接受询问。
李伟说，本次会议听取审议了多项法规的执法检查报告。近年来，我们将执法检查作为增强监督刚性的重要抓手，坚持新立法规及时检查、执法难点持续跟查、复杂问题多法并查，积极探索提升检查实效的方式方法。审议中委员代表就进一步推动法规全面有效实施提出了意见建议，常委会有关工作机构要继续修改好执法检查报告，市政府有关部门要针对问题，抓紧完善配套制度，健全监管体系，加强普法宣传，切实保障法律法规落地见效。
李伟说，市委十二届十七次全会从做好地方立法和深化探索创新等方面对人大工作提出了明确要求。我们要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话精神，认真落实市委全会精神和各项部署要求，加快推进接诉即办、自贸试验区、数字经济、城市更新等立法项目，加强对区、乡镇人大换届选举的指导，继续保持昂扬向上、奋发有为的精神状态，主动担当、认真履职，高质高效完成好各项既定任务，提前谋划明年工作，为“十四五”开好局起好步贡献人大力量。
市人大常委会副主任杜飞进、庞丽娟、闫傲霜、李颖津、张清、侯君舒，秘书长刘云广出席会议。
