MEADVILLE — A DNA match has led to the filing of charges against a Meadville man in a city police investigation into the rape of a female Allegheny College student in a campus dormitory room in December 2019. The defendant, Montelle J. Brown, 28, faces charges including first-degree felony counts of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and burglary.
