Company news: Nascentia Health recognizes employees with awards Updated May 12, 2021; Nascentia Health announced the recipients of the spring 2021 President’s Award and Heart of Home Care awards. These awards are given to employees who go above and beyond in their dedication to Nascentia’s foundational pillars and values. Andrea Lazarek-LaQuay, Nascentia’s chief clinical officer, received the President’s Award. She leads Nascentia’s clinical team of nurses and other practitioners and truly stepped up to lead the firm’s response to the Covid pandemic over the past year. She managed the firm’s partnership with Onondaga County to staff Covid testing centers for more than a year, and also spearheaded the county’s first at-home vaccination program. As a registered nurse, she stepped onto the front lines with her team to deliver critical Covid-related services to Central New York. She lives in Clay.
