Prep Swimming, Diving: TigerSharks' Eli Likins breaks three school records
AUSTIN -- Texas High swimmer Eli Likins made it one of his goals this season -- to finish in the top 3 in one of his events and get to stand on the podium in the Class 5A state swimming and diving meet at the University of Texas swimming complex.
