New Jersey buyer pays $2.7M for bank branch buildings in Waterbury
A New Jersey buyer recently acquired two bank buildings in Waterbury for $2.7 million. In separate sales recorded Sept. 26, Equestrian Associates LLC purchased a building hosting a Webster Bank branch at 725 Wolcott St., and a building at 326 Highland Avenue that formerly housed a Webster Bank branch. The Highland Avenue building currently houses programs run by the Wheeler Clinic, a community health nonprofit. The seller, Austin Street Company LLC, is headquartered in Greenwich.
