To honor the service of Maine’s Vietnam veterans on National Vietnam War Veterans Day, Governor Janet Mills today participated in a wreath laying ceremony hosted by the Maine Bureau of Veterans’ Services at the Vietnam Memorial in Capitol Park in Augusta.
