Cheyenne, WY July 31, 2023 The Wyoming DEQ has issued a harmful cyanobacterial bloom (HCB) recreational use Bloom Advisory for Goshen Hole Reservoir (Springer). The HCB is most prevalent at the Northwest Campground area of the reservoir. The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) works cooperatively with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality to issue
