Conwy Civic Hall building will be offered on the open market this summer Conwy county council has ratified a lease with a preferred bidder to redevelop a Grade-II listed building as a mixed retail, tourism and residential development. The authority’s cabinet ratified the lease at its meeting last week, paving the way for Chester-based Nautical Point Ltd to submit plans.
