Maiden flight of LCA Navy Trainer Prototype aircraft successfully conducted
The Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Naval Trainer Prototype 'NP5' has completed its maiden flight successfully, according to Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA). The prototype NP5 will soon be used for field and carrier operations on both INS Vikramaditya and INS Vikrant. LCA Navy Prototypes are carrier compatible and can operate with Air-to-Air weapons for combat missions.
