HMS Montrose Returns To Patrols After Overhaul In Oman The Type 23 frigate has been stationed in the Gulf for the last two years and underwent the overhaul 270 miles south of Muscat in Oman. 13th January 2021 at 12:50pm HMS Montrose is back on patrol after becoming the first Royal Navy warship to receive an overhaul at a new port in Oman.
