MANILA - The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Thursday defended the decision of the National Security Council (NSC) and the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to restrict the websites of Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) affiliated groups and front organizations.
