MANILA - The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) on Sunday said it welcomes the recent Supreme Court (SC) ruling on the constitutionality of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) but expects the high court to clarify its stand on the remaining "contentious" provisions.
