Fayette Sheriff Makes Arrests in Misc. Incidents A one-vehicle accident early this morning (Thursday, May 27) near Sumner, has resulted in the arrest of the driver. Shortly after 12:30am, the Fayette County Sheriff received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on 160th Street, a mile east of Sumner. There were no injuries reported. Responding deputies arrested the driver, 26 year old Katlin Wood of Sumner on charges of Operating While Intoxicated-3rd Offense, Driving While Barred, Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure to have SR-22 Insurance.
