Get our free mobile app To check out a hotspot, you do have to be 18 and a GRPL library card holder. Not a member? You can sign up here. You'll be able to check out one hotspot at a time, which can connect up to 15 devices to the Internet. The rental period for hotspots is 21 days, which you can renew if there are no holds on it.
