PROVIDENCE — Inside Franklin Rogers Ltd. Gentlemen's Clothiers, owner Roger Gross is surrounded by suits — traditional dark blue, pinstripe, tweed. When he looks out the store's big shop window onto Westminster Street, however, Gross often has to wait, wait and wait a little longer before the first person wearing a business suit walks by.
