By Peggy-Jo McClimans Yes, I did taste a ladybug. Not once, but twice, and not intentionally. I suggest you refrain from exposing your delicate palate to this unpleasant experience. In all honesty, it was not a ladybug, but its great imposter, the Asian beetle which accosted my taste buds. Domestic Ladybugs are actually called Ladybird beetles.
