Jamie Zamora, currently racing secretary for Ruidoso Downs, has been named to that same position for the 36-day Zia Park race meet, which opens September 26.
A New Mexico native, Zamora has held many racing and race office positions in her more than 40 years in the racing industry. She has worked as a licensed groom, trainer, owner, jockey agent, program coordinator, chart caller, entry clerk, and clerk of course.
