New York investor takes Amazon’s Alliance Airport cargo hub as part of $570 million deal
Tarrant County distribution center has more than 1 million square feet of space.

Chicago-based Mesirow Financial sold the Tarrant County building, which is occupied by Amazon.
The 1.1 million-square-foot distribution building was constructed in 2019 on Intermodal Parkway in Haslet. Alliance developer Hillwood worked with Amazon to bring the air cargo center to the airport.
Now Mesirow Financial has sold the building to a company affiliated with New York-based L&M Development Partners, Tarrant County deed records show. ....
