June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month and Niagara Pride has a full schedule of events planned, including its first ever Pride festival in partnership with the Kenan Center on June 22.
Niagara Pride is excited to release its most event-packed schedule for Pride season ever. This year, not only will Niagara Pride be partnering again with Calhoon's Pub, Oliver Street Merchants Association, and Old Falls Street in order to host Newfane Pride, Oliver Street Pride (North Tonawanda), and Rainbow City Pride (Niagara Falls), but it is thrilled to announce that, for the first time - in partnership with the Kenan Center - Lockport will have its first Pride festival ever.
The unofficial kickoff event for Pride season is back and bigger than ever, the WNY Pride 5K fun run/walk and LGBTQ+ wellness fair. The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, on the grounds of SUNY Niagara, 3111 Saunders Settlement Road, Sanborn.
