Sarah Townsend Fit-out of Caro Developments’ 127-apartment rental scheme in Liverpool has begun and the project is expected to complete in the coming weeks, the developer said. The £14.5m Poet’s Place is on Great Homer Street, the northern gateway into Liverpool city centre. Once complete, it will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with under-croft parking.
