Couple charged with 36 felony counts of animal cruelty after dogs found locked in U-Haul
The couple accused of leaving 36 dogs in a U-haul parked in a Walmart parking lot earlier this month has been charged with one count of Cruelty to Animals for each dog found locked inside the vehicle.
